‘Tis The Season … For some Christmas cross stitching! The pattern used in my 2018 Christmas SAL, this ‘Tis the Season Cross Stitch Kit is perfect if your decorations are deep and rich in colour.
Or for putting in a different part of your house, not matter what your normal decorations. My living room is as traditional (and cheesy) as you can get at Christmas, but I am thinking of hanging this hoop in our hallway or kitchen.

This cross stitch kit is more suited to someone with a little more experience with cross stitching due to the french knots in the design, but I have a tutorial on now to do french knots so if you are a beginner you may still want to try out this kit.
It also includes Light Effects thread (the metallic, sparkly one) which can be quite tricky to get the hang of stitching with. But don’t worry! I include cotton thread as well so you can choose which you would prefer to stitch with. And I have a podcast episode and blog post with some hints and tips about stitching with it.
