In this post, I am sharing what you need to take part in a free, mini Christmas stitch along.
The finished design measures 3.8 x 4.2 inches if stitched on 16/32 count aida/evenweave. The design is very simple with mostly whole cross stitches and just a bit of backstitching and is a tree theme. It is a little Christmassy but could also just be a winter design. And if you leave some parts off it, it could just be some pretty tree wall decor.
You can finish in a hoop but it is more suited to a banner/frame, etc as it has a rectangle-shaped finish.
Day 1 will be Thursday 8th December and it will be running for 10 days.

I’m confused. Is it just the tree shape above.?
No, the rest of the design is a secret; this is just 1 part of it 🙂
I think she must be adding to it later.?
That tree is just a teaser/preview for the SAL. There will be more trees and maybe some other surprises!
Today’s design is just the tree shown above, but each day for 10 days there will be a different small design released as we “stich along” with Hannah. At the end of the 10 days, we will have done 10 small designs on the same Aida cloth and will have completed a piece!
that’s what I thought!
I most always have trouble with stuff like this? Will the patterns be in the daily email? Can you please make it stupid-proof?
Hi Tara, Sorry, I just saw this comment – you should have received the emails with links to the patterns. If you didn’t, please email us at hannah@hannahhandmakes.com and I can send you the link to Day 10 to get the full pattern. 🙂
Love love love the card stitch along and the 10 day tree stitch along…… so nice of you to share the free downloads, thanks so much!
